YIN YOGA.
YIN YOGA – is a slow-paced style of yoga – a gentle practice that usually consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. Energetically, Yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs. To be healthy, we need healthy organs as well as healthy muscles.
Yin yoga targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body – rather than the muscles (which are the physical focus of Yang yoga practices).
SYNERGY YOGA.
SYNERGY YOGA - is a modern Yoga style. It combines traditional Hatha Yoga (strongly influenced by B. K. S. Iyengar and K. Pattabhi Jois), physiotherapeutic movements and practices from the far east like Qigong, Tai Chi and movements from martial arts.
Yoga Synergy teaches a practice that is safe regardless of how fit you are. It’s accessible for everone, whether you have an injury or have never tried yoga before.
The main goal is to move your body (bones, joints, muscles and a few more things :-)) in a healthy way, increase circulation and make you fit, while keeping the heart rate as low as possible.
Synergy Yoga principles:
-
Move active
-
Move fluid
-
Move from the core
-
Breath naturally
WHAT I ENJOY MOST ABOUT PHYSICAL YOGA?
How good it makes you feel, regardless of what else is going on in life. It provides a space where you can re-establish a sense of balance and energy. It’s a complete exercise program, stimulating the circulation of energy and consciousness throughout the body. It will make you feel more whole and enables you to be in greater harmony with yourself and with everything around you.
If you feel tired, sore, nervous or stressed, working with the right asanas and breathing exercises, influences your nervous system (parasympathetic and sympathetic), which enables you to change your state of mind.
